The story of the Belgian family business Van Cronenburg began in 2008 when Peter van Cronenburg and Régine Yvergneaux merged their skills to provide high-end hardware, fittings, and locks to an international clientele. Despite early financial struggles, their breakthrough came with a major project in New York City, which boosted their reputation and led to opening an office in the U.S. Today, their work includes prestigious projects and collaborations with top architects and designers. The company’s growth, driven by Peter and Régine's initial vision and subsequent successes, now also involves their daughter Héloïse, who contributes as a project manager and is working to establish her own reputation within the company. The use of Belgian-designed hardware from Van Cronenburg adds a refined touch to their projects.
